Jon Contino (CONTINO)
Master alphastructaesthetitologist and creator of the Chicago White Sox new wordmark, Jon Contino, lends his craftsmanship to this beautiful piece of Trinity Bat Company lumber. He’s an absolute legend in the graphic design and branding world whose work extends beyond just baseball, and into music, television, streetwear, athletic apparel, hotels, food and beverages, literature, and more. He’s also a kick-ass drummer and a veteran of the NYC punk, hardcore, and metal community. We are so honored to have him involved in this!
We asked 18 of our friends to bring their artistic talents to an unfinished piece of 34" Trinity Bat Company lumber, in an effort to celebrate our love for baseball and music. We'll be donating 50% of the final auction price of each bat to NIVA (National Independent Venue Association) in an effort to help independent venues out with their economic recovery process. Live music helped us build our community, and now we want to lend them a helping hand. With venues being shut for over a year, many of our favorite places to watch/play a show are on the verge of going under. Thanks for getting involved!
